Hello, just a quick question about youtube.
For some reason, when I watch youtube videos in full screen, the screen is black but the audio works just fine. Videos work fine in small scale. This seems to happen in Firefox... Chrome works fine.
Just asking if anyone else have experimented the same problem? Full screen videos worked just fine two days ago and suddenly, no more. It annoys me when I don't know why. I already tried to reinstall Flash... Any ideas?
Edit: Heheh, I love this. This is what youtube's and adobe's help center has to say about the issue:
"Flash Player videos stop playing when you change the video's resolution to full-screen mode.
This is a known issue on some computers with Intel HD Graphics when runing Internet Explorer 9."
BUT I AM USING FIREFOX!!!
Edit: Anyway, I need to go soon. Thanks for all the tips and ideas so far. I have no idea what is causing this but since it only happens in youtube, it might be one of their many glitches. I can hope it suddenly fixes itself just like it suddenly started.
Meanwhile, I'll just watch my daily dose of Let's Plays in slightly bigger screen... I watch them mostly for the commentary anyway.
AND NOW EVERYTHING WORKS PERFECTLY ALL THE SUDDEN!
Don't get me wrong I am eternally happy but I have no idea WHAT was fixed. About an hour ago the full screen was still broken but now... Just perfectly fine! WhatisthisIdon'teven?!
I suppose it was a youtube glitch. So I am sorry that I don't have any tips for those of you who had the same problem. But thanks to everyone who gave me advices and ideas. It's great to see there are so many helpful people here.
