Let me tell you a story... Long ago when Random Doom was still a young comic, I was thinking about holding a contest, where people could pair their female pokemon with Rupert, and the winner would get to be Rupert's girlfriend officially in the series. Well, I never got to do it so... Rupert stayed single.

Then, *pynni happened. He noticed that both Rupert and *Kikulina's lopunny, Vanilla were without their significant others and wrote a fan fiction about these two. We liked it and fans liked it. It wasn't suppose to turn official but people really seemed to like them so me and kikulina discussed about this and decided to consider pynni's fan fiction as canon and make RupertxVanilla an official couple!

I'm very happy about this. I'm glad that such a sweet pokemon character as Vanilla got together with Rupert. I think ToxicroakxLopunny is really sweet and shows that lopunnies don't always have to be paired up with lucarios or gallades. Their relationship is not the easiest I must say though because Vanilla lives in Johto and Rupert in Sinnoh but they have their little pidgey letter system going on. Plus, Rupert always checks the latest pokechik magazine to see what Vanilla's up to.

Huh, I better update Rupert's character bio once I get to it...

and this is exactely what i was talking about before, what makes your art refreshing is that you make it feel like the fans matter, i don't see anyone here on deviant art doing what you do because its their own thing and that really sucks, because their world could be order of magnitudes greater had they just listened to the fans.

ehh but i guess thats because people are afraid of "being sued" or "having their stuff stolen" or some other form of BS that sinks the human social system a little more B( (america's a bitch)
