Yay! More RD character art!
And here is other fan favourite, Ross the raichu.
As seen before, I changed his collar to a scarf (it still works like focus sash). Since it's used in battle very quickly, it is changed quite often and it's design may change. Mostly, it is black.
I also changed his ears resemble more the old Ken Sugimori raichu style.

Edit2: I made a new version where he is a bit fatter but DA is glitching so I can't update this at the moment.
Edit3: Finally I can update this. He is now chubbier.
