PKMNC - Static Shock

I know this is VERY OOC of Jenna but I had a vision! And when I feel like drawing a badass Jenna, the heck I draw a badass Jenna!

I dunno what made her mad but man, it must be something huge because it is REALLY hard to make her THIS angry.
I can only think one person who could do that...

I found this pretty simple and neat pixel art tutorial, [link] by and I was really inspired! I had to do something in this style. This was lot's of fun to do. I am sure I'll experiment more with this style.
