Decided to finish the Finals pictures so I can now concentrate on other works.
Ah... Science... The one theme I was not waiting for... But I decided to go with something very Finnish. I don't think Jill is very "science smart" so I wanted to show her making something simple. And creating salmiak is quite simple. All you need is Hydrochloric acid and ammonia. Put them in small cups and under a glass. They react together and you get some white powder that is salmiak. Salmiak is used to make candy and while you can taste the white stuff, Jill decided to offer some salmiak you can buy in stores instead. Linus here is tasting one. Dunno if he likes it. Salmiak is kinda like liquorish but saltier. It's very popular here in Finland and Jill is actually holding one salmiak brand you can get here called "Sisu" (means guts). I'm personally not the biggest fan of salmiak (I like it more than liquorish tho) but I would think Jill likes it and it's her favourite candy.
If you want to see salmiak being made: (It's in Finnish but there is hardly any text or speech).www.youtube.com/watch?v=yb7XZe…
