For Armonia's mini baking event! Our students' job was to bake some sort of pastry food. Jill, who values healthy food, decided to make this small peanut good. It has several different nuts and peanuts and very little sugar. At least she agreed to put on some powdered sugar and mint leaf for decoration. And typical Jill, she followed the cooking book spot on so the pastry came out exactly like in the book. So, nothing unique or personal but it's good, I mean, if you care for more healthy and not so sweet pastries.

This is also one of those rare moments when you can see Jill without her hat.
