WHAT?! A new group. Yeah, I am as surprised as you guys. But to be honest, I was planning to make Jill a NPC character for PKMNC and I figured I could make this group Jill's own official group. So yeah, not totally random act. Plus, we need patrat characters! NO ONE makes patrat characters! and I totally blame licoricebunny and darkestdragon203 for being awesome and getting me into this!

History:

Jill grew up in the underground slums of Goldenrod City. She and her family lived a modest life. They weren't very rich but they never complained and did their best. Even from very young age, Jill has always had a strong sense of justice thanks to her father who worked at the local police unit. She admired him and always dreamed of a similar career path. Thus, she is always ready, willing and able to help those who need help. She used to spent most of her days patrolling the underground mazes and playing a guard.
Despite all of this, she is not easy pokemon to make friends with. Jill's mindset is: "work first and fun later (never)".

Jill had only one pokemon who she called friend, a young flaaffy. She was the one to encouraged Jill to apply for the Pokemon Armonia Institute. There she could train with elites and hopefully become a better fighter. Not to mention strengthen her other skills that she would need in life. Jill agreed and sent her application letter... Hopefully this school would help her to improve her battle skills and most important, teach her how to have fun and make friends.

Summary characteristic: Hates to Lose

Hobbies: Jill loves collecting different items. Especially all sorts of badges (that she likes to use on her hat). And Even though she won't admit it, postage stamps. She has a big collection of them hidden in her room.

- Her tail is longer than average patrat tail. Her tail puff is also bigger.
- She has some white fur on her paws.
- The black fur from her "mask" reaches over her nose.
- Always wanted to join a scout team but never did.
- Thunderbolt TM was a gift from her Flaaffy friend.
- After school, she plans to join an army.
- The purple balls on her tail are actually smokeballs. She uses them for quick escapes if situation DEARLY needs it. (she hates to give up so this is very rare.)
- The vest she wears is made by her flaaffy friend. It is so big though that is looks like a dress.
- Jill is deathly afraid of snake pokemon.

Fun Facts
- Jill is named after Jill Valentine from Resident Evil.
- She is based on a patrat/watchog I am currently using in my white playthrough.
