YESH! I had this done a few days ago and now just got a note back that Winslow's new pet archen has been revived from a fossil! As a bird lover, he just could have not said no when he saw a plume fossil on sale (thanks again Dr-Reggie for selling it to me)

MEET MORDECAI He's a bit simple... Has a bit hard time communicating with other pokemon... Likes to bite and eat anything that moves... and does not move. Yes, this was a good idea. Enjoy your stay on duck ranch raptor bird.
