I know I said captains would have mega evolving pokemon but I had thought about giving Jonquil a shiny serperior before deciding on the mega evos, and I could not change my mind about that. Jonquil is anyway a bit oddity among the captains so I think it fits him (and let’s face it, serperior will gain a mega evo at some point).

Anyway! Yes, Jonquil would have an absolutely stunning shiny serperior by his side. And I clearly channeled Sylvaur's beautiful serperior drawings while making this even tho I told myself I would not. :’D
